JOGARI places essential importance on the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy describes, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is processed, and what your rights are.

When you create your account, we collect your email address and login credentials (required to access the service). While you use the application, we collect the profile information you provide (age, sports goals, experience level) as well as your training data and physiological metrics (sessions, paces, heart rate, training habits). This profile data is optional but allows us to personalize your programs. We do not collect any browsing data for advertising purposes.
Your data is processed for the following purposes: providing the service and generating your personalized training programs (legal basis: performance of the contract); processing your physiological metrics, which qualify as health data under Article 9 of the GDPR (legal basis: your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time); improving and securing the service, in particular fixing technical errors (legal basis: legitimate interest); complying with our legal obligations, in particular accounting obligations (legal basis: legal obligation).
Your data is accessible only to authorized members of our team and to our technical processors: Hetzner Online GmbH (application hosting, data stored in the European Union, Germany); Supabase (authentication and database); Anthropic and Google (AI-powered generation of training programs — the data transmitted is not used for any other purpose, and any transfers outside the European Union are governed by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses); Sentry (error and crash monitoring); RevenueCat, Apple, and Google (management of subscriptions and in-app purchases — their respective privacy policies apply). We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Your data is retained for the entire lifetime of your account. If you delete your account, all of your personal data is erased within 30 days. Billing data is retained for the period required by our legal obligations (10 years, in accordance with the French Commercial Code).
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@app-jogari.fr; we will respond within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
JOGARI is built on the "Privacy by Design" principle: your training data is stored locally on your device whenever possible and synchronized securely. All communications are encrypted in transit (TLS) and your data is hosted within the European Union. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
The JOGARI website does not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party audience measurement tools. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site (such as remembering your language) may be set; they do not require consent.
The service is not intended for minors under the age of 15. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, the registration of a minor under 15 requires the joint consent of the minor and the holder of parental authority.
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in the service or in regulations. In the event of a substantial change, you will be notified via the application or by email. The date of the last update is shown below.
